WKEN fund the post of the PCN Lead Nurse role which has been successfully in place for the past year.

We are extremely excited to report that due to the success of this role, the STP are looking to replicate this across Kent and Medway, which is testament to the hard work and support offered by the 7 Lead Nurses currently in post.

The 7 Leads were appointed to represent each cluster and with the development of the 9 PCNs, we are looking to recruit a further 2 PCN Lead Nurses to ensure cover in each PCN, and for those currently in post to make changes as they feel appropriate.

We are pleased to report that following a successful recruitment campaign, 2 new PCN Lead Nurses have been offered positions to cover The Ridge and ABC PCNs and we look forward to welcoming them to the team and supporting them in their new roles.
