Peer Mentoring Service
Our Aim:
We aim to provide a confidential service to allow peers to enable personal and professional development in protected time.
We hope this will allow mentees to address current professional concerns and allow them to identify further learning needs.
We aim to provide space and time to reflect on challenges.
We aim to help identify blocks and hinderances to the professional well-being of the mentee.
We aim to offer help with career appraisal and development.
Our Service:
We offer confidential support to anyone working in Primary Care.
Currently we have trained GPs, Practice Nurses, Practice Managers and Admin staff making up our professional team providing mentoring.
