DESK BASED MOVEMENT SESSIONS

WEEKLY 10 minute sessions every TUESDAY from 1:00 PM

WKEN are excited to be able to offer you an opportunity to join Jane Taylor of Taylor Made Fitness for a weekly virtual class—FREE TO JOIN (WKEN funded) AND open to everyone, including our Partners.

This will consist of gentle 10-minute movements that you can either do sitting down or by your desk— no need to change or for any special equipment.
